Art + Yoga = Relaxation

Join us for a yoga class that combines physical exercise and art to shake off the week! With a certified yoga teacher, practice poses that help your body to release tension, calm your nervous system, and restore an overall sense of balance to your body, mind and soul. Afterwards, engage in a guided mindfulness meditation practice using artwork on view in the Museum Galleries. Bring your own mat.
